What happens next?

Initial contact, preliminary assessment
a. Request received from client in writing (website vacancy submission or email is acceptable)
b. National Executive Recruitment sends the service policy, answers questions etc.
c. National Executive Recruitment makes inquiries about position - job description, start date, salary etc., and determines the selection criteria.

National Executive Recruitment Selection Process
a. Search through National Executive Recruitment's job-seekers database and internet vacancy advertising.
b. CV sorting.
c. Telephone screening and pre-shortlisting/shortlisting.
d. Interviews - in-house round I interviews.
Candidates may be asked to submit work samples, sit tests, engage in various selection activities depending on the position requirements.

Employer selection
a. Interview notes are forwarded to clients for top shortlisted candidates .
b. Candidates are sent to clients for the interviewing (we provide the scheduling)
We may or may not join the client for interviews (depending on client's preference)

Final Selection
a. After interviews, we perform the reference checks and follow up with clients and candidates
b. Clients provide contract information for new hires - start date, salary etc...
c. We generate an invoice and send it to the client along with service report

Follow Up
a. Follow up and feedback forms will be sent to clients
